A Rosé Style Saison Aged in Wölffer Wine Barrels
The creation of this unique brew begins with a lightly hopped Saison base. Inspired by our iconic Summer in a Bottle Rosé, we added our signature Estate Grapes and aged the beer in Wölffer Red Wine Barrels and stainless steel tanks. Over the course of several months, the beer matured into a beautifully balanced brew with a gentle acidity and fruity Brett character. The result is an elegant, sophisticated beer with a rosy hue, bursting with delicate flavors that reflect the essence of a Hamptons summer.
