While you're testing out new recipes, try this Autumn Harvest Salad tossed in our Verjus Vinaigrette for the perfect sweet and savory lunch!
PETITE POM MOCKTAIL
1 oz Wölffer Red Verjus
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Stir to combine, add ice
Top with Wölffer Peitite Rosé and garnish with a dried orange slice and pomegranate arils
AUTUMN HARVEST SALAD & VERJUS VINAIGRETTE
SALAD INGREDIENTS
6 cups arugula
1 honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
1/4 cup candied pecans
arils from 1 pomegranate
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
VERJUS VINAIGRETTE
1/4 cup Wölffer White Verjus
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
kosher salt and black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, apples, pecans, pomegranate arils, feta and pumpkin seeds
2. To make the vinaigrette. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake. Taste and adjust as needed.
3. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad, tossing to combine. Eat and enjoy!
