Stop and Smell the Rosés

The May 2015 edition of Market Watch Magazine includes an article titled, "Stop and Smell the Rosés" about the phenomenal rise of rosé wines and the "luxury lifestyle they represent." And we're included! Writer Adam Polonski notes "an uptick in quality, thanks to producers like Wölffer Estate," noting that we've been making dry rosé since 1992. Adam quotes winemaker and partner Roman Roth saying, in reference to the sweet blush wines of old, "I think we've lowered rosé sugar levels on the entire East Coast with our dry rosé."
