When we teamed up with our friends over at Spiked Seltzer last year (did you know Founder Nick Shields used to work in the Wölffer cellar with Roman) we wanted to come up with a refreshing cocktail for the holiday season. Well, the months have passed and we cannot stop sipping this! Light and refreshing, its perfect year-round, super simple to make, and an insta-worthy blush color for all your Story goals.
Start with 1oz Wolffer Estate Pink Gin
Add 1.5oz Lychee Liquor
Top with 10oz Spiked Seltzer Indian River Grapefruit
One dash Angostura bitters
Garnish! A small juniper berry branch or a sprig of rosemary is the perfect touch in the cooler weather, while a fresh grapefruit slice brings this around to warmer weather!
